Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate in Philadelphia, PA to support investment analysis, underwriting, and financial modeling across a portfolio of real estate opportunities. You will evaluate opportunities, build and maintain complex models, perform market research, and assist with due diligence, deal structuring, and investment presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field is required.
Minimum 3+ years of real estate acquisitions or investment analysis experience.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with advanced cash flow and waterfall analysis.
Experience with investment underwriting and market research.
Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Evaluate real estate acquisition opportunities through financial analysis and underwriting.
Develop and maintain complex financial models, including cash flow projections and waterfalls.
Support acquisition due diligence, deal structuring, and investment presentations.
Analyze real estate markets, property valuations, and investment trends.
Communicate with brokers, lenders, and industry professionals to source deals.
Review models and mentor junior analysts to ensure accurate analyses.
