Atlantic Group is seeking a Private Equity Associate for our client in Montgomery County, PA. This hybrid role involves evaluating acquisition opportunities, building financial models, performing due diligence, and preparing Investment Committee materials.

You will collaborate with portfolio company C-level executives and assist with market research and LP communications. The ideal candidate has private equity or investment banking experience and thrives in high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting required.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with strong Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution: source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities.
• Financial Modeling & Due Diligence: build detailed models and perform thorough diligence.
• Investment Committee Support: prepare memorandums and analyses for IC review.
• Portfolio Management: monitor portfolio company performance with C-level teams.
• Market Research & LP communications: conduct industry research and assist with communications.
