Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service or 5+ years in AV service.
• Knowledge of audiovisual systems: control systems, projectors, displays.
• Ability to terminate AV cabling (CAT, BNC, XLR).

• Diagnose and repair audiovisual equipment.
• Develop technical credibility with clients.
