The role involves using ROI software, managing high-volume fax requests, and organizing off-site storage of records, supporting performance-improvement activities as needed.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer: two years medical record experience with HIPAA knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong attention to detail and organization.

• Access multiple applications to obtain demographic/visit info.
