Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of contract management or administration experience.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • 2–3 years with Conga CPQ and Conga CLM systems.
  • Experience building financial dashboards and revenue forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full contract lifecycle including milestones, payment triggers, billing, and renewals.
  • Administer contract documents and ensure accurate system capture of terms.
  • Assist in scoping, negotiations and execution to align with standards.
  • Develop and streamline contract generation within Conga CPQ/CLM.
  • Maintain workflows for accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
  • Create revenue/portfolio dashboards and analyze performance data.
  • Identify gaps/trends and present cross-functional insights.
  • Compare terms across portfolios to ensure consistency and flag variances.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, legal, and ops to forecast revenue.

Job Title: PHCS Contracts Administrator

Job Description

The PHCS Contracts Administrator supports the full PHC Solutions contract lifecycle by managing contract milestones, payment triggers, and billing activities for partners. This role provides financial oversight, drives revenue forecasting, and develops dashboards to uncover insights and improve overall portfolio performance. The successful candidate combines strong contract management experience with financial analysis skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including tracking contract milestones, monitoring payment triggers, recording payments, and overseeing contract renewals.
  • Administer contract documentation and ensure all contractual terms and conditions are accurately captured and maintained in relevant systems.
  • Assist in contract scoping, negotiations, and execution to support business objectives and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Develop, implement, and streamline processes for contract generation and management, specifically within Conga CPQ and CLM systems.
  • Maintain and enhance contract-related workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the contract lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain accurate revenue and financial dashboards to provide visibility into contract performance and portfolio health.
  • Analyze financial and contract data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and present insights to support cross-functional decision-making.
  • Compare contract terms and structures across the portfolio to ensure consistency, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure departmental systems and tools are consistently updated with accurate contract, financial, and reporting information.
  • Implement standardized tools, metrics, and reporting frameworks in accordance with stakeholder needs and internal change management processes.
  • Support compliance reporting by ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and relevant external requirements within the contract management function.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, ensuring contract‑related reporting and metrics align with broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, sales, legal, and operations teams to support revenue forecasting, billing accuracy, and portfolio performance improvements.
  • Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, tailoring messages to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Essential Skills
  • 2–5 years of experience in contract management or contract administration roles.
  • 2–3 years of hands‑on experience working in Salesforce environments.
  • 2–3 years of hands‑on experience working with Conga CPQ and Conga CLM systems.
  • Proven ability to manage the full contract lifecycle, including milestone tracking, payment triggers, billing activities, and renewals.
  • Strong BG in financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, data interpretation, and performance reporting.
  • Experience in data management, including maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date information across multiple systems and dashboards.
  • Understanding of diagnostics and/or biotechnology processes and how they relate to contract and financial operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate with stakeholders from finance, sales, legal, and operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience developing and maintaining financial dashboards to support portfolio performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with implementing standardized tools, metrics, and reporting frameworks within a structured change management environment.
  • Ability to design and refine contract processes within CPQ and CLM platforms to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail in contract documentation, data entry, and financial reporting.
  • Comfort working with complex contract structures and comparing terms across multiple agreements.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and propose practical improvements.
  • Capability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Work Environment

This is an onsite position for a PHCS Contracts Administrator. You will work in a professional office environment that relies heavily on Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM platforms to manage contracts, financial data, and reporting. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Oro Valley, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
