Actalent is seeking a PHCS Contracts Administrator to manage the contract lifecycle, milestones, payment triggers, and billing for partners. You will collaborate with finance, sales, legal, and operations to forecast revenue, drive insights, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in contract management or contract administration roles.
  • 2–3 years of hands‑on experience working in Salesforce environments.
  • 2–3 years of hands‑on experience working with Conga CPQ and Conga CLM systems.
  • Proven ability to manage the full contract lifecycle, including milestone tracking, payment triggers, billing activities, and renewals.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, data interpretation, and performance reporting.
  • Experience in data management, including maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date information across multiple systems and dashboards.
  • Understanding of diagnostics and/or biotechnology processes and how they relate to contract and financial operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate with stakeholders from finance, sales, legal, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including tracking contract milestones, monitoring payment triggers, recording payments, and overseeing contract renewals.
  • Administer contract documentation and ensure all contractual terms and conditions are accurately captured and maintained in relevant systems.
  • Assist in contract scoping, negotiations, and execution to support business objectives and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Develop, implement, and streamline processes for contract generation and management, specifically within Conga CPQ and CLM systems.
  • Maintain and enhance contract-related workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the contract lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain accurate revenue and financial dashboards to provide visibility into contract performance and portfolio health.
  • Analyze financial and contract data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and present insights to support cross-functional decision‑making.
  • Compare contract terms and structures across the portfolio to ensure consistency, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure departmental systems and tools are consistently updated with accurate contract, financial, and reporting information.
  • Implement standardized tools, metrics, and reporting frameworks in accordance with stakeholder needs and internal change management processes.
  • Support compliance reporting by ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and relevant external requirements within the contract management function.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring contract‑related reporting and metrics align with broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, sales, legal, and operations teams to support revenue forecasting, billing accuracy, and portfolio performance improvements.
  • Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, tailoring messages to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
