Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 15 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree with 13+ years; in lieu of degree, 19 years.
• Experience with Digital and Analog Phased Array design for multi-beam AESAs and ESAs.
• RF link budget analysis and RF cascade analysis with matching networks and filtering.
• Experience with passive and active RF components (amplifiers, oscillators, filters, mixers, etc.).
• RF hardware design for L/S/C/X/Ka/V bands and RF simulation proficiency.
• Experience in engineering leadership roles (IPTL/PI/Chief Engineer).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex RF and Phased Array development including research, detailed design, and analysis for space-qualified arrays.
• Drive multi-disciplinary teams through lifecycle milestones and reviews (SRRs, PDRs, BOE proposals).
• Champion IRAD initiatives and conduct technical trade studies for leadership decisions.
• Develop roadmaps using latest RF technologies to reduce SWaP-C.
• Support customer pursuits with BOE proposals ensuring technical performance, cost, and schedule.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders across the program.
