Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager to coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, order materials, and monitor quality and quantities. The role focuses on maintaining Perry Homes' standards while managing time, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.

You will perform tasks as directed by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to ensure projects stay on track and on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership or management experience in construction.
• Ability to communicate professionally with contractors and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials and monitor quantities and quality.
• Ensure standards of quality as set by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
