Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee Phase II through completion across multiple sites in Manvel, Texas. You will coordinate independent contractors, manage materials, monitor quality, and ensure Perry Homes standards are met while controlling time and costs.

The role requires strong leadership, communication with homeowners and crews, reading blueprints, and familiarity with local codes. A valid driver’s license and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires management or leadership experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, and construction plans.
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure Perry Homes quality standards are met.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
