Job summary

EKI Environment & Water, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Due Diligence Program Manager in Irvine, CA. The role leads the Phase I ESA program, guides technical delivery, and develops staff and client relationships across EKI offices.

You will mentor teams, ensure high-quality reports, manage scopes and budgets, and help expand environmental due diligence services across markets. This is a senior leadership role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of environmental consulting experience with Phase I ESAs and due diligence.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM E1527, EPA AAI, and related standards.
• Ability to develop business opportunities and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and execute the Phase I program across offices.
• Maintain consistent approaches to pricing, staffing, project execution, training, QA/QC.
• Provide senior technical leadership for ESAs and related assignments.
• Mentor staff, strengthen technical judgment, and grow client relationships.
• Collaborate with other practices to identify opportunities for integration and growth.
