Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years of research experience.
• Experience with oncology clinical trials (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned department to ensure effective performance, including hiring, training, and delegating tasks.
• Ensures research studies are in compliance and function properly.
• Develops and oversees research study budget and implementation to ensure productive research.
• Provides reporting on financial/academic productivity and compliance updates.
• Supervises research program staff in carrying out complex activities and deliverables.
