Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or other Advanced Degree from a STEM doctoral program.
• Some experience in the legal industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing monitoring and review of clinical and laboratory studies and scientific literature.
• Analysis of statistical data.
• Identification of expert witnesses and related diligence.
• Preparation of experts for testimony.
• Collaboration on expert reports.
• Litigation support on product liability, health effects and other litigation.
• Drafting responses to discovery or other requests for information pertaining to applicable science.
