Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Life Sciences Patent Litigator in New York, NY to handle high-stakes patent litigation leveraging scientific expertise. The ideal candidate will manage pre-litigation diligence, develop case strategies, draft pleadings, oversee discovery and depositions, and prepare for trials, including IPR/PGR proceedings before the PTAB.

Requirements include a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, a Ph.D.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, pharmacology, immunology, or related field.
• Active State Bar admission; New York preferred.
• USPTO registration or eligibility.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple matters.
