Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, Inc. (CAPS), part of the B. Braun Group in the U.S., seeks a Pharmacy Warehouse Clerk in Woburn, MA. The role involves shipping, receiving, packing, and coordinating couriers to ensure on-time delivery of products.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience. Schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with every 3rd weekend and holidays/overtime as needed. Pay is $22.75/hr plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, receiving, packing and working with couriers for timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and/or participate in activities of CAPS drivers, couriers, and FedEx deliveries.
• Assist with packing products to customers and ensure scheduled delivery times are met.
• Maintain and file packing lists; handle warehouse cleanliness and basic maintenance.
• Pass annual eye exam; participate in clean room use of Pharmacy products/supplies.
• Perform material receiving, stocking and shipping.

Position Summary:

The Pharmacy Warehouse Clerk is responsible for shipping, receiving, packing and working with our couriers for timely delivery of our products

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring and/or participating in the activities of CAPS drivers, couriers, and all FedEx deliveries.
• Assists with packing products to customers in a timely and professional manner ensuring scheduled delivery times are met.
• Handles basic maintenance of warehouse and provide cleaning support to pharmacy.
• Responsible for product disposal and destruction.
• Responsible for maintenance and filing of packing lists.
• Participates in of Pharmacy products/supplies for clean room use.
• Performs material receiving, stocking and shipping.
• Passes annual eye exam.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

• Work performed within narrowly defined parameters.
• Follows established procedures and guidelines.
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
• Work is typically checked and monitored on a routine basis.
• No problem solving skills required as job is routine and repetitive.
• Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.
• Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Education and Professional Knowledge:

High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.

• 2+ years related experience required
