Job summary

Central Admixture Pharmacy in Kent, WA is hiring a Pharmacy Warehouse Clerk to handle shipping, receiving, packing and courier coordination to ensure on-time delivery of our products.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years of warehouse experience, and may include cGMP training provided by CAPS. This on-site position emphasizes routine warehouse tasks with standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• The Pharmacy Warehouse Clerk is responsible for shipping, receiving, packing and working with couriers for timely delivery of products.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures and monitors activities of CAPS drivers, couriers, and FedEx deliveries.
• Assists with packing products to customers in a timely and professional manner to meet scheduled delivery times.
• Performs basic maintenance of the warehouse and provides cleaning support to the pharmacy.
• Maintains and files packing lists and participates in selecting pharmacy products for clean room use.
• Performs material receiving, stocking and shipping and passes annual eye exam.

Position Summary:

The Pharmacy Warehouse Clerk is responsible for shipping, receiving, packing and working with our couriers for timely delivery of our products

• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring and/or participating in the activities of CAPS drivers, couriers, and all FedEx deliveries.
• Assists with packingproducts to customers in a timely and professional manner ensuring scheduled delivery times are met.
• Handles basic maintenance of warehouse and provide cleaning support to pharmacy.
• Responsible for product disposal and destruction.
• Responsible for maintenance and filing of packing lists.
• Participates in of Pharmacy products/supplies for clean room use.
• Performs material receiving, stocking and shipping.
• Passes annual eye exam.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

• Assignments are routine and repetitious in nature.
• Work performed within narrowly defined parameters.
• Follows established procedures and guidelines.
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
• Work is typically checked and monitored on a routine basis.
• No problem solving skills required as job is routine and repetitive.
• Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.
• Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Education and Professional Knowledge:

High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.

Experience:

• 2-04 years related Warehouse experience required
• cGMP training/experience desired, training will be provided
• Salary range is $18.54 - $22.50/hr

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
