Job summary

Central Admixture Pharmacy in Horsham, PA is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to ship, receive, pack, and work with couriers to ensure timely delivery of our products. Onsite 4x10 shifts (8:00 am–6:30 pm), duties include packing, material receiving, stocking, and maintaining packing lists while supporting clean room activities and compliance with cGMP training where provided.

Requirements: 1–3 years warehouse experience, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the position offers

Responsibilities

• Ship, receive, pack and coordinate with couriers for timely delivery.
• Monitor activities of drivers, couriers and FedEx deliveries.
• Assist with packing products to customers and meet delivery times.
• Maintain warehouse and provide cleaning support to the pharmacy.
• Handle product disposal and destruction.
• Maintain packing lists and inventory.
• Support clean room supplies and related activities.
• Perform material receiving, stocking and shipping.
• Pass annual eye exam.

Position Summary:

The Pharmacy Warehouse Clerk is responsible for shipping, receiving, packing and working with our couriers for timely delivery of our products

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring and/or participating in the activities of CAPS drivers, couriers, and all FedEx deliveries.
• Assists with packing products to customers in a timely and professional manner ensuring scheduled delivery times are met.
• Handles basic maintenance of warehouse and provide cleaning support to pharmacy.
• Responsible for product disposal and destruction.
• Responsible for maintenance and filing of packing lists.
• Participates in of Pharmacy products/supplies for clean room use.
• Performs material receiving, stocking and shipping.
• Passes annual eye exam.

• Work performed within narrowly defined parameters.
• Follows established procedures and guidelines.
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.

• No problem solving skills required as job is routine and repetitive.
• Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.
• Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Education and Professional Knowledge:

High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.

Experience:

• 1-3 years related warehouse experience required
• cGMP training/experience desired, training will be provided.
• Schedule: (4x10) 10 hour shift from 8am - 6:30pm, rotating days during the week and every other weekend. Holidays/Overtime as needed
• Salary is $21.21/hr

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
