Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service in-store.
• Assist with prescription processing, insurance billing, and inventory.
• Gather patient information and prepare prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Prepare labels and shipments for mailing prescriptions.
• Submit insurance claims and troubleshoot third-party billing.
