Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pursuing nationally certified pharmacy technician certification.
• Pharmacy clerk experience preferred.
• Vaccination certification may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service to every customer.
• Assist pharmacists in preparing prescription drug products.
• Handle new prescriptions and refill requests per supervising pharmacist.
• Submit insurance claims and resolve third-party billing.
