Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Pharmacy Technician team, guiding daily operations.
• Partner with the Pharmacy Manager to oversee scheduling, inventory, and service outcomes.
• Enroll in and complete leadership training and development programs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new Techs, and validate skills.
• Model exemplary customer service and ensure regulatory compliance.
