Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to play a key role in delivering our purpose, supporting the Pharmacy Manager, and supervising Pharmacy Technician staff. You will oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, inventory and workflow management.

You will lead with heart, mentor your team, identify opportunities to improve outcomes and growth, and adapt to a dynamic community healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
• No pending felony charges related to controlled substances.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations and staff supervision.
• Lead pharmacy professional practice and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage quality assurance, customer service, inventory and workflow.
• Support patient care programs and drive healthy outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager and support staff to achieve goals.
