Qualifications

• Must comply with state board and licensure requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in high school program.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
• Assist pharmacy workflow at production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off for safe, accurate fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service: assist at pick-up, drive-thru, phone; support immunizations and other services.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and ensure proper storage and cycle counts where directed.
• Collaborate with team, stay flexible to meet patient and business needs, and escalate issues as needed.
