Responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries via calls, chats, and emails; assist prescribers and patients as needed.
• Resolve third-party rejects by gathering information, obtaining overrides, and resubmitting for processing.
• Assist pharmacists at the facility and other locations; escalate issues to senior staff when appropriate.
