Job summary

St. Luke’s Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our Specialty Pharmacy team in Boise, Idaho. This role focuses on supporting enhanced operations, patient care, and complex medication management within an accredited program.

You will handle medication access, billing support, insurance navigation, and prior authorization tasks while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with shift differential and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Pharmacy Technician and knowledge of specialty pharmacy workflows.
• Familiarity with billing, prior authorizations, and patient support.
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate in an enhanced retail pharmacy setting with specialty meds.

What You’ll Do

• Support Enhanced Pharmacy Operations : Operate in an enhanced retail pharmacy setting while incorporating the complexities of specialty medications, chronic disease state management within parameters of a robust accreditation program.
• Patient-Centric Care: Deliver comprehensive support for medication adherence, fulfillment, and financial assistance, making a real difference in patients' lives.
• Make an Impact: Help close treatment gaps for patients with complex disease states and lead the charge towards improved patient satisfaction.
