Job summary

St. Luke's Meridian, Idaho, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding in our consolidated service center.

The role emphasizes aseptic technique, precise measurements, labeling, and documentation to ensure patient safety and compliance with USP 797/800 standards. Qualified candidates will have Idaho licensure and high school diploma, with two years of experience preferred and optional CPhT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Idaho pharmacy technician license.
• Two or more years of experience preferred.
• CPhT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sterile Compounding Technicians prepare medications in a clean room environment using aseptic techniques and meeting USP 797/800 standards.
• Maintain and document cleanroom and equipment compliance, including proper gowning, hood cleaning and environmental controls.
• Perform accurate medication measurements, calculations, labeling and recordkeeping, and ensure the Pharmacy is thoroughly cleaned, organized and well-stocked.

• Sterile CompoundingTechnicians expertlypreparemedications in a cleanroomenvironmentusing aseptic techniques and meeting USP<797>/<800>standards.
