Genoa Healthcare, part of Optum, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support mental health and specialty pharmacy functions under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist. Location at 3057 Freedom Dr Suite 116, Charlotte, NC 28208; schedule Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm.

You will dispense prescriptions, manage inventory, and perform clerical duties while ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in North Carolina.
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid US driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and clinic staff.
• Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under the pharmacist.
• Order, receive and store incoming pharmacy supplies.
• Receive and process wholesaler medication orders.
• Verify medication stock and enter data to maintain inventory.
• Assist in pharmacy functions and ensure compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Perform clerical duties related to the department.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• May be required to make deliveries to post offices or banks weekly.
