Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Genoa Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the mental health pharmacy, primarily dispensing prescriptions and performing clerical duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

Location: 1000 Progress Pl, Concord, NC 28025. Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm (lunch 12–1). Responsibilities include customer service, filling orders, inventory management, and compliance with federal/state requirements.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of North Carolina.
• Access to reliable transportation with a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and clinic staff.
• Fills prescription orders and verifies under direct supervision of the Pharmacist.
• Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies.
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders.
• Maintains inventory records and verifies stock in the system.
• Assist pharmacist with pharmacy functions and compliance with state/federal requirements.
• Performs clerical duties as needed.
