Specialty Pharmacy Liaison / Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and provide ongoing refill support
- Coordinate specialty medication deliveries
- Resolve insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges
- Monitor medication adherence and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, clinic staff, and broader healthcare teams
- Help ensure patient concerns are resolved quickly and effectively

Required Licensure & Certification
- Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of employment required
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred, but not required
Experience
- 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience required; 5–8 years preferred
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required

- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Advanced organizational and administrative skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications and extract relevant information efficiently
