As a Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative, you will ensure patients receive their prescriptions promptly, contributing to their dreams of starting a family. Responsibilities

• Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
• Escalate complex claims to the appropriate team for resolution.

Qualifications

• MA Pharmacy Technician State License and PTCB certification required
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
• Excellent data entry skills
• Call center experience preferred
• Empathetic, fun-loving personality with good humor
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including 9 AM to 5:30 PM ET and 10:30 AM to 7 PM ET, Monday through Friday
• Availability to work once a month on Saturday

Technical Requirements

Reliable internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic, minimum 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate: $20-$30, depending on experience and location. Eligible for annual bonus. Comprehensive benefits include medical, vision, dental, behavioral health, 401(k) match, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, at least 18 days PTO, and paid holidays.
