Job Title: Senior Pharmacy Technician Representative

• Pay close attention to detail — accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
• Be a team player — escalate complex claims to the appropriate team for further action.

Qualifications:

• MA Pharmacy Technician State License and PTCB certification required
• Minimum of 1 year pharmacy technician experience
• Excellent data entry skills
• Call center experience (preferred but not required)
• Empathetic, fun-loving personality with a good sense of humor
• Availability for rotating shifts, including 9 AM to 5:30 PM ET and 10:30 AM to 7 PM ET, Monday through Friday
• Availability to work once a month on Saturday
• For remote work, internet must be via cable broadband or fiber with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload

Compensation ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and location. The role may also include participation in an annual bonus plan.
