Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative

As a Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative, you'll utilize your data entry skills to ensure timely delivery of prescriptions. 1. Attention to detail: Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
2. Teamwork: Escalate complex claims to the appropriate team for further action.

Requirements:

• MA Pharmacy Technician State License and PTCB certification required
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
• Excellent data entry skills
• Call center experience preferred but not required
• Empathetic, fun-loving personality with good humor
• Availability to work rotating schedules, including 9 AM to 5:30 PM ET and 10:30 AM to 7 PM ET, Monday through Friday
• Availability to work once a month on Saturday

If working remotely, a broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds is required.

The hourly rate ranges from $20 to $30, depending on experience and location. The role may also be eligible for an annual bonus.
