Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of The Cigna Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Representative to join our on-site team in Corona, CA. You will process prescriptions, prepare shipments, and support pharmacy programs with attention to accuracy and safety.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 9a-6p schedule, with hourly pay between 18 and 27 USD depending on experience and location, plus a comprehensive benefits package from day one.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy technician license in the state of California required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills (MS Office).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times.

Responsibilities

• Process new and refill prescription requests.
• Select and retrieve appropriate medications.
• Verify quantities and prepare accurate labels.
• Send orders to pharmacy staff for completion and verification of prescription-based programs.
• Prepare packages for shipment.
• Clean equipment and refill workstation supplies.
• Learn new internal systems and processes.
• Perform other tasks as needed in a fast-paced, pharmacy production setting.

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements

• Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently
• Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.
• Work may be in confined areas close to machinery.
• Work may be performed in an environment with varying levels of noise.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 18 - 27 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
