Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services and part of The Cigna Group, seeks a Pharmacy Technician Associate Representative to join our on-site team. You will process and ship medications to patients and support prescribers, payers, and manufacturers with accurate labeling and timely service.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with changes anticipated in 2027. Hourly rate ranges from 18 to 27 USD, with benefits starting day one and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Active Pharmacy technician license in WA.
• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volumes.

Responsibilities

• Process new and refill prescription requests.
• Select and retrieve appropriate medications.
• Verify quantities and prepare accurate labels.
• Send orders to pharmacy staff for completion and verification of prescription programs.
• Prepare packages for shipment.
• Clean equipment and refill workstation supplies.
• Learn new internal systems and processes.
• Perform other tasks in a fast-paced pharmacy production setting.

Work Schedule

The work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with the schedule to change sometime in 2027. The new work schedule will be working Monday through Friday either 6 AM to 2:30 PM or 10:30 PM to 7 PM.

What You’ll Do

• Process new and refill prescription requests.

• Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Basic math and computer skills in Microsoft Office.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently walk, sit and/or stand while performing duties.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

This position is fully on‑site and does not permit remote work. Any references to home‑based internet requirements do not apply to this role.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 18 - 27 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
