Cigna Healthcare in Norcross is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Representative to support pharmacists in dispensing and shipping medications within regulatory guidelines. The role is full-time, onsite, with Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, in a fast-paced warehouse/pharmacy production environment.

You will communicate with teams, manage inventory, and ensure accurate deliveries while adhering to USP guidelines and safety standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience preferred in clerical or retail/specialty pharmacy.
• Valid Georgia Pharmacy technician license required; National certification preferred.
• Familiar with dispensing pharmacy concepts, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse/pharmacy environment.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and data entry skills.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is a full-time Pharmacy Technician Representative role onsite at our Norcross location. We are located in the Peachtree Corners area.

Shift for this role is Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

As a Pharmacy Technician Representative, you will be responsible assisting pharmacists with dispensing and shipping medications within corporate and regulatory guidelines.

What You Will Do:

• Communicate with team members internally and externally to ensure our patients receive timely accurate deliveries.
• Use the knowledge you gain from training, your problem-solving skills, and support from your team to manage inventory, coordinate record retention, package and ship medications, and assist with facility operations.
• Help to manage and store inventory in correct and safe manner following USP Guidelines.
• Work within USP 800 Hazardous Guidelines and other drug handling guidelines to ensure the safety of our team and patients.
• Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail. You will be busy handling multiple requests at any given time as well as documenting information in our computer system.

What You Need to Do the Job:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1-year relevant work experience preferred clerical experience and experience in a retail/specialty pharmacy setting.
• Valid Georgia Pharmacy technician license required and National certification preferred.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/pharmacy production environment.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and data entry skills.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction/multiplication).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for lengthy periods.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. frequently
• Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.
• Work may be in confined areas close to machinery.
• Work may be performed in an environment with varying levels of noise.
