Job summary

CHCP Healthcare and Educational Services LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Program Director to lead the Pharmacy Technician program on a full-time swing shift.

The PD will supervise instructors, oversee day-to-day operations, and partner with the DOE and Campus President to ensure program success, student completion, and compliance with all regulations. The role requires strong budgeting and staffing oversight within a college setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist or pharmacy tech certification (CPhT) required.
• Current Pharmacy Technician Certification recognized by state and accrediting bodies.
• Fiscal and personnel management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and lead faculty and staff per DOE and Campus President.
• Support relations activities, planning budgets including personnel, expenses and capital needs.
• Review curriculum, textbooks, evaluations, externships and surveys with instructors and DOE.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and college policies.
• Collaborate with other PDs to coordinate scheduling and resource sharing.

Job Title Pharmacy Technician Program Director Full Time Swing Shift Summary An educational Pharmacy Technician Program Director PD is the principal academic officer for the Pharmacy Technician Program Responsibilities include day to day operations assisting students toward successful program completion and staffing the classroom with instructors who support the mission of the college The PD is co responsible with the DOE for the fiscal well being of the department as it relates to education The PD also participates in activities that promote the stature of the department and the college and abides by the mandates set by the Campus President

Job Requirements;

Knowledge Skills Abilities and Accountability Knowledge Licensed Pharmacist or diploma or certification in Pharmacy Tech CPhT Minimum of 3 5 years of work experience in a pharmacy Current Pharmacy Technician Certification recognized by state regulation agency and accrediting organization Advanced certifications or credits towards further study are highly preferred Fiscal and personnel management experience Associates Degree required
