Job summary

CHCP is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Program Director to serve as the principal academic officer for the Pharmacy Technician Program. The PD will oversee day-to-day operations, guide students toward successful completion, and staff the classroom with instructors who support the college's mission.

The role also involves fiscal oversight, collaboration with campus leadership, ensuring compliance with regulations, and advancing the stature of the department and the college.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist or Pharmacy Tech certification (CPhT).
• 3–5 years of work experience in a pharmacy.
• Current Pharmacy Technician Certification recognized by state and accrediting bodies.
• Fiscal and personnel management experience.
• Associates Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership for the Pharmacy Technician Program and lead faculty/staff.
• Plan and manage a budget including personnel, program expenses, and capital needs.
• Support student completion and program placement efforts.
