Job summary

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Springfield is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team on a PRN days basis. You will refill and maintain automated dispensing systems, prepare orders, and manage medication inventory in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

The role requires MO Board of Pharmacy registration in good standing and PTCB CPhT or Pharmacy Intern status, plus CPR certification. We offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

• License: Registered with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy in good standing and PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Pharmacy Intern
• Certifications: CPR certification required.

• Fills medication carts on a daily basis.
• Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.
• Repackages bulk medications.
• Non-essential functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Springfield is60-bed Rehabilitation Hospital. Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital provides inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions. Our Unit is a very fast-paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow!
