Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital; Fort Smith in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Pharmacist for Inpatient Rehabilitation on a PRN basis to join our clinical team. You will verify and dispense medications, monitor therapies, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to optimize patient outcomes.

This role emphasizes medication safety, regulatory compliance, and supervision of technicians, with a focus on anticoagulant management and high-quality patient care within our hospital setting.

Qualifications

• BS Pharm or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current state pharmacist license.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify and dispense medications with accuracy and efficiency

Schedule: PRN | Flexible Scheduled | 2 days/wk (8 hour shifts)| Every other weekend (4 hour shifts).
