Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital; Fort Smith is seeking a Pharmacist for inpatient rehabilitation on a PRN schedule. You will join a team dedicated to safe, accurate medication management and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff.

Responsibilities include verifying and dispensing medications, reviewing therapies for safety and effectiveness, monitoring anticoagulants, supervising technicians, and promoting medication safety while ensuring regulatory compliance across the

Qualifications

• BS Pharm or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current state pharmacist license.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Pharmacist, Inpatient Rehabilitation, PRN

Location: 6700 Chad Colley Boulevard, Fort Smith, AR 72916

Schedule: PRN | Flexible Scheduled | 2 days/wk (8 hour shifts)| Every other weekend (4 hour shifts).

Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a vital role in ensuring safe, accurate, and effective medication management for our patients. In this role, you'll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to optimize drug therapy, enhance patient outcomes, and support medication safety initiatives across the organization.
