Guardian Pharmacy Services, a prominent provider of long-term care pharmacy services, invites qualified candidates to join our Tulsa team. The role focuses on accurate data entry, efficient prescription processing, and high-quality customer interactions.

The position supports a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional growth and comprehensive benefits. Weekend and overtime flexibility are required as part of the workload.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required per state regulations.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as per state requirements; National Certification (PTCB) preferred.
• At least 3 years related experience, including 6 months data entry in long-term or managed care settings.

Responsabilidades

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system accurately and promptly.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing.
• Ensure proper notes in computer and cycle fill coding.
• Calculate and verify correct dosage based on prescriptions.
• Respond to customer calls with care and courtesy; route calls appropriately.
• Maintain data entry records for cycle medication and orders.
