Qualifications

• Customer-facing role handling patient inquiries and transactions.
• Experience with data entry, prescription processing, and order processing within regulatory limits.
• Accuracy in prescription input, labeling, calculations, and records management.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and compliance.
• Familiarity with prescription terminology and product recognition.
• Clear communication with patients and providers, both verbal and written.
• Understanding HIPAA and federal/state pharmacy laws.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing prescriptions and data entry under pharmacist supervision.
• Prepare medications and support daily pharmacy operations.
• Answer questions, process transactions, and direct clinical questions to the pharmacist.
