Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.

Operational Duties

• Support pharmacy activities such as entering patient data, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and maintaining workflow.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to quality procedures.
• Handle sales transactions, assist in inventory management, and support clinical services as needed.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program.
• Attend ongoing training and acquire continuing education credits.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer candidates with retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math, computer skills, and PTCB certification.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
