Responsibilities include:

1. In accordance with state and federal regulations, assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy and perform other Pharmacy Department duties per company policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching other technicians if PTCB certified.
3. Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients, greet them, offer assistance, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Share customer service best practices with team members and develop strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Assist in pharmacy practice under supervision, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Perform duties such as entering information, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and assisting with inventory management.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to quality and safety policies.
• Handle sales transactions, assist customers in locating products, and manage third-party claims efficiently.
• Support clinical services, coordinate with healthcare providers, and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program and/or state certification.
• Attend training sessions, acquire continuing education credits, and stay updated on healthcare developments.

Additional requirements include fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico), and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
