Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice, following state and federal regulations.
• Using pharmacy systems to access patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Additional duties:

• Supporting inventory management, clinical services, and community outreach.
• Adhering to company policies, maintaining a respectful work environment, and completing assigned tasks.

Training & Personal Development:

• Maintaining PTCB certification and continuing education credits.
• Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math, computer skills, and PTCB certification.
