Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Additional duties:

• Supporting inventory management, billing, and clerical tasks.
• Assisting with clinical services and community outreach.
• Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development:

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through Walgreens’ training program or state certification.
• Attend training and acquire continuing education credits.
• Must be fluent in English; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math, computer skills, and PTCB certification.
