Responsibilities

1. Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, complying with regulations and company policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and support pharmacy operations.
3. Deliver excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, and developing relationships.

Additional Duties

• Support pharmacy operations including prescription filling, inventory management, and clerical tasks.
• Assist in clinical services and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to stay current in healthcare and pharmacy practices.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
