Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations, and assisting with other pharmacy duties per company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist in coaching other pharmacy technicians and cashiers as applicable.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, engaging customers, resolving issues, and developing strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operational duties include:

1. Supporting pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision, including data entry, prescription filling, verification, and workflow management.
2. Reporting prescription errors immediately and adhering to company policies regarding dispensing and quality improvement.
3. Handling sales transactions, assisting customers in locating products, and processing third-party claims efficiently.
4. Supporting inventory management, clinical services, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development:

1. Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated training program and/or state certification/registration, with promotion conditions as specified.
2. Attend training sessions, acquire continuing education credits, and stay updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Additional requirements include fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
