Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in practicing pharmacy in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations if certified.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.

Additional Duties

• Support pharmacy operations, including entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and managing inventory.
• Report prescription errors promptly and adhere to dispensing policies.
• Handle sales transactions and assist customers in locating products.
• Support clinical services and maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintain PTCB certification through training and continuing education.
• Attend training sessions, stay updated on healthcare developments.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer at least six months of retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
