Responsibilities include:

1. Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations, and assist in other Pharmacy Department duties per company policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations if PTCB certified.
3. Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging customers, resolving issues, and developing strong relationships.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance. Resolve issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices and develop strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Assist in pharmacy practices under supervision, including entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and checking for interactions.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to policies.
• Handle sales, process claims, support inventory management, and assist in clinical services as needed.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification and participate in training and continuing education.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
