Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist in pharmacy operations.
• Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers and patients, assisting with products and services, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Sharing customer service best practices and developing strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Supporting pharmacy duties under supervision, including data entry, prescription filling, verifying medicines, and assisting with workflow.
• Reporting prescription errors, adhering to dispensing policies, handling sales transactions, and supporting inventory management.
• Assisting with clinical services and maintaining good relationships with the medical community.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification through training and continuing education.
• Attending training sessions and staying updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.
