Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision, following state and federal regulations.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.

Operations

• Support pharmacy practices, including entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and managing inventory.
• Report prescription errors and adhere to company policies.
• Handle cash register operations and customer inquiries.
• Support clinical services and maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our program.
• Attend training and acquire continuing education credits.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours.
